The delicious menu featured: 🌮 Beef Tacos with beef from Natural State Beef (Harrison) 🍚 Spanish Rice with golden rice from Ralston Family Farm (Atkins) 🥗 Rainbow Salad with edamame from Greenwave Foods (Mulberry) 🍏 Apple Crisp made with apples from Vanzant Fruit Farms (Lowell) 🥛 Icy Cold Milk from Hiland Dairy (Fayetteville) 🥬 Seasonal Salad Bar with local veggies from Spring Creek Food Hub (Springdale) 🧀 K-4 Non-meat Option: Cheese Quesadilla with local harvest sides A huge thank you to our local farmers and food partners for helping us serve up this amazing meal.
