Schedule Change Request - Fall 2024
CAP is an important process and careful course selection is critical. FHS staff assignments were made based on student course requests. Not all schedule change requests will be accommodated, and we cannot change schedules based on student convenience. Students must complete the request form prior to the published deadline. If a schedule change is approved, the replacement course must have been a part of your original course requests. The Assistant Principal and Counselor will make the determination to approve or deny all requests.
*All requests must be submitted via the form (see link below). Any request made via email, phone call, voice mail, in person, or any other method will not be considered.
*Students will receive a response to their request via FHS email (@g.fayar.net). This email will include approval (with next steps) or denial (with justification).
*Follow your current class schedule until you receive notification via email.
*Do not go to your counselors office.
*Submission opens at 8:00 am Thursday, August 8, 2024 and closes at 3:00 pm Friday, August 23, 2024.

>There is a “Gap” in my schedule. I have a class period without a class. >I need a specific course in order to graduate this year. Senior students only. >I must retake a course this year in order to graduate this year. Senior students only. >I have already received credit for a course that is currently on my schedule. >I am enrolled in a course but I do not meet the prerequisite for the course. >I am enrolled in a course but I prefer another course that I requested during CAP. |
